Plumbing Services

Many of our clients seek a full service mechanical provider for their construction needs.  In an effort to accommodate this requirement, BMW Constructors has provided plumbing services since the company began in 1955.  Several of the industries we serve require sophisticated plumbing installations, which are an excellent fit for BMW’s strengths.  Typically these industries include: healthcare, biotechnology, laboratory and general manufacturing facilities.

Not only do we provide conventional plumbing system installations, we are also experts in the installation of more complex systems which often times are found within the plumbing scope of work.

These systems might include:

• Medical Gas Systems
• Laboratory Acid Waste and Vent
• Laboratory Waste Neutralization Systems
• Fuel Gas Piping

Many of our craftspeople have attained the necessary certification and training to install medical grade plumbing systems.  Medical gas systems are used in hospitals, medical offices and clinics and must be installed in such a way to ensure the safety of patients who could be affected by these systems.  BMW has installed numerous medical gas systems including oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air and medical vacuum.

While we do not actively seek commercial plumbing opportunities, BMW has developed the skills and knowledge to successfully provide plumbing services to any current or future client.
