Process Piping

The layout, fabrication and installation of Process Piping is one of BMW Constructors’s strongest areas of expertise and the cornerstone of our company.  Our team of managers, supervisors and craftsmen use their talents to layout, fabricate and install process piping.  This piping is used to transport all forms of process media from one location to another in all of the facilities in which we work. 

Process piping can be made from many different materials and joined in several different methods.  BMW Constructors prides itself on staying current with these technologies, often joining with key suppliers in developing and testing the latest materials and methods in the field. 

Since BMW Constructors is a fully-integrated mechanical contractor, our skill sets also include the installation of process valves (hand operated, fully automated control, pressure reducing and pressure relief), process measurement instruments (pressure, temperature, density, flow meters), tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, filters and pre-manufactured process skids.
